They also lack gendered clothes, names, or styles, and it's not uncommon to see Cendarii men wearing clothes that Terrans might traditionally consider feminine.
 It's a common misconception that all Cendarii are women, but roughly one out of every ten batches of Shells are made male. This was originally considered a fluke or a glitch, but no attempt was ever made to 'fix' this, as the Shells were perfectly functional.
 Terrans regularly mistake Cendarii men for women, something they find amusing more than anything. Though, they will still politely correct the error for the sake of accuracy.
